Ice maker is dumping the ice cubes out before frozen solid.

I would first check your water supply that hooks up to your refrigerator in the back.
Take off your water supply line that connects to your water valve in the back and test the pressure on that line, like run some water into a bucket/container to make sure you have good pressure on that line.

If the water pressure is good and strong then the problem is in your ice maker assembly. But if flow of water is slow then problem is water inlet valve, located at the lower back bottom of your refrigerator.

In most of the cases ,this problem is due to faulty ice maker assembly.Replacing the ice maker assembly helps.
Replacing ice maker assembly on most of the refrigerator is not very difficult and procedure is near to same. But not exactly same.On some models there is clips holding the parts and on some models there are screws holding parts. Many a times screws are hidden and difficult to see.

One of the user who replaced ice maker assembly has mentioned the procedure to replace ice-maker,Go through this procedure :---

1) FIRST PULL THE ICE BIN FROM THE FREEZER.
2) THEN REMOVE ONE SCREW THAT HOLDS THE ICE MAKER IN PLACE.On some models there are 2 screws or 3 screws.
3) NOW ROTATE THE ICE MAKER TO THE RIGHT AND UP TO RELEASE FROM POSTS ON WALL OF FREEZER.
4) YOU WILL HAVE TO USE A FLAT BLADE SCREWDRIVER AT THE FRONT BOTTOM OF THE WHITE COVER TO PRY THE WHITE COVER FROM THE ICE MAKER BODY.
5) WITH THAT SAME FLAT BLAD SCREW DRIVER RELEASE THE CLIP HOLDING THE WIRES TO THE ICE MAKER.
6) NOW REMOVE A METAL CLIP FROM THE WATER RECEIVER AND TRANSFER TO THE NEW ICEMAKER.
7) FIT THE ICE SENSING BAIL TO THE NEW ICE MAKER.
8)INSTALL WIRES, FRONT COVER, HANG ON POSTS AND REINSTALL SCREW TO SECURE TO FREEZER WALL.

NOTE:--ACTUATOR PAD REQUIRES YOU TO FIRST REMOVE PLASTIC COVER OVER THE TOP HINGE OF THE FREEZER DOOR. YOU MUST UNPLUG THE WIRE CONNECTOR TO PREVENT SHORTING OUT THE PRINTED WIRING BOARDS LOCATED BEHIND THE DISPENSER ASSEMBLY.

9) THEN REMOVE TWO SCREWS AND FROM THE BOTTOM CAREFULLY SEPARATE THE DISPENSER FROM THE DOOR.
10) THE WIRES ARE NOT VERY LONG SO DON'T JUST YANK IT OUT.
11) THE PAD IS EASILY REMOVED AND THE NEW PAD WORKED INTO PLACE.

12) REINSTALL THE DISPENSER INTO THE DOOR, RECONNECT THE WIRES AND REINSTALL THE COVER .

This procedure will help, you when you will replace ice maker Assembly on your refrigerator.Be care full you don't break any wire connector while removing old ice maker.Because the wires are bit short in  refrigerators. The wire getting pulled out problem is very much noticed on refrigerators.
